Villa Xenia

0

Villa Xenia was initially built in 1997 being part of a five villa independent complex. Over the years three small independent guesthouses where added to the surrounding area of the house increasing the guest capacity but because of their poor design they severely reduced the amenity levels as they didn’t add any comfort to the tenants. After it changed ownership in 2018 we were invited to propose a layout scenario where everything would be redesigned from scratch both indoor and outdoor areas. We managed to create an extra bedroom with its ensuite bathroom on the ground floor as well as a guest WC by moving the kitchen and by cancelling the less needed in a summer house fireplace. We also created large openings letting the sun in the interior areas of the house and bringing the living room and the dining area into the natural light. At the outdoor area we elevated by almost two meters all the front yard by installing a WPC wooden deck and we created a second swallow swimming pool with an integrated bar inside which improved instantly the wellbeing of the villa. Finally a Jacuzzi was introduced in the far end of the limits of the property offering undisrupted views of the sunset and the Aegean sea.
